Unwanted Hair Growth

I don't know if this is normal, but I have hair on my butt! I am a 15 year old female and confused about this. Please help me!

Unless the hair growth is excessive, there is really nothing to worry about.

During the teen years, a female's body goes through incredible changes. Not only does she hit a growth spurt, but she also develops sexually. Part of that sexual development involves hair growth, most often in the armpits and genital region. Hair will also thicken and darken on the arms and legs and sometimes the trunk of the body. You have always had very fine hair in these areas anyway. Heredity and coloring will determine if this is noticeable.

Very often, during early and middle adolescence, young women feel very self-conscious about their bodies, but in a few years this disappears. While she may feel curious or even embarrassed about a part of her body one year, this preoccupation could easily go away by the next. While it may not be easy, don't worry too much about hair growth on your buttocks.
